From 26 November, indulge in festive additions to the All Day Dining menu at Hans' Bar & Grill, giving you that delicous taste of Christmas in the run up to the big day. 

Plus, if you don't fancy tackling the turkey yourself then book into the Hans' Bar & Grill on Christmas Day for a wonderful feast. 

From 26 November, indluge in festive additions ot the All Day Dining menu at Hans' Bar & Grill. Enjoy three courses for just £46, choosing from: 

Starters

  • Salmon rillette, with toasted sourdough, lemon and fried capers
  • Chicken liver parfait, with pickled vegetables and Christmas cranberry chutney
  • Potato rosti, with slow cooked onions, kate and roasted tomato

Main Courses

  • Holly Farm turkey breast schnitzel, with braised red cabbage, fried potato and lemon
  • Pan fried Hake, with wild mushrooms, gnocchi and purple sprouting broccoli
  • Smoked nut roast, with pearl barley, mushrooms, spinach, red currents and 'pigs in blankets'

Dessert

  • Hans 'Hot chocolate' - a warm chocolate pudding with whipped cream, marshmallows and candied fruits
  • Lime & coconut cheesecake with sour berries and toasted coconut
  • Mulled wine poached pear with vanilla ice cream and candy floss

And then for the big day itself, get set for the ultimate festive feast - at just £129pp for four courses of pure indulgence.

Following an amuse bouche, starters include:

  • Cured scottish salmon with beetroot, horseradish and ginger
  • Ham-hock & foie gras terrine with mulled wine jelly
  • Champagne poached Salsify with pea, thyme and beetroot
  • Spiced lobster bisque with brandy, sour cream & chive

Main courses include:

  • Roast Norfolk turkey, with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, honey roasted root vegetables, cabbage and turkey gravy
  • Roasted mushroom & beetroot Wellington with squash, spinach & truffle
  • Roasted Surrey farms fillet with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, honey roasted root vegetables, cabbage and red wine gravy 
  • Roast halibut with herbed crust with smoky pancetta, girolles and grelot onions

And the finale, desserts include: 

  • Lemon & coconut cheesecake with toasted coconut and sour berries
  • Dark chocolate fondant with clotted cream ice cream 
  • Seasonal British cheeseboard 
  • Christmas pudding with brandy butter and red currants
  • Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream
